Delivery & Returns
Every effort to ensure your delivery is received by you safely & exactly as ordered will be taken. We offer postage insurance on customised orders which we would strongly suggest you utilise, particularly for overseas orders. We are unable to control postage time, customs, delays or issues with postal services.
Delivery timing will depend largely on the amount of time your order takes to create (which will be communicated to you at the time of your order). The nature of slow organic creation, is exactly that 'slow', unapologetically so. We gladly accept returns in the event of your order being incorrect or defective in any way.
Just contact us within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back to us within:30 days of delivery
We do not however accept cancellations (due to the nature of customised orders).
But please contact us if have any concerns with your order, as we'll be only to happy to assist you.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged Because of the nature of customised items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns for:
- Custom or personalised orders
- Perishable products
- Digital downloads
- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
- Items on sale
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
